FED: Nokia tackles Apple's online music store
Nokia has taken its first step towards challenging Apple as king of the music downloads.
The Australian Nokia Music Store has opened its virtual doors today .. promising millions
of audio downloads from local and overseas artists.
Individual tracks will cost one dollar 70 each .. one cent more than Apple's iTunes
price of one dollar 69 .. while albums will cost at least 17 dollars.
The Nokia Music Store is also offering a monthly subscription for PC users to stream
an unlimited number of full length tracks for 10 dollars per month.
