Vic: Teenagers lead police on 200 km chase
Four teenagers have led police on a 200-kilometre car chase through south-western Victoria
before being arrested last night.
The pursuit began in Altona, south-west of Melbourne, when police tried to stop a stolen car.
The teenagers drove to Geelong and then followed the Midlands Highway towards Ballarat.
A police helicopter joined the pursuit before the teenagers pulled over in Sebastapol,
outside Ballarat.
The four have been charged with car theft, and the driver faces more traffic offences.
